Meet Misty! This sweet 2-year-old, 55-pound Great Pyrenees mix has a heart as soft as her fluffy coat. She's a bit shy at first, but once she warms up, she's incredibly affectionate. Misty is known to coexist politely with cats and gets along well with other dogs. She would likely do best with children who are past their toddler years.

Ideal Home

Misty needs a home with a fenced yard, which is a non-negotiable requirement. She'll thrive in a family that appreciates quiet companions and can offer her kindness, patience, and time to adjust. A comfy spot on the sofa would be a wonderful bonus for her!

Ongoing Health

Misty has a mildly collapsing trachea. This condition means she must use a chest-type harness for walks and cannot use a collar with a leash. With the correct harness, this is not an issue, though she may occasionally cough if the harness isn't fitted properly.
