About Ruger

Ruger is a big, blocky-headed baby! This 7-year-old boy was rescued before he ended up in a kill shelter and didn't have the best start to life. He truly loves his people, but he is a bit shy with strangers. Once you take the time to get to know him and he is comfortable, he becomes the biggest lovebug! Ruger needs a home and family willing to put in the time and effort to make him feel comfortable and provide the structure he craves.

Ideal Home

Ruger would do best in a home with adults, as he is very strong and can play a bit rough. He needs to be the only animal in the home.

Ruger is neutered.

Ruger is house-trained. He can be shy with strangers and needs a patient family to help him build confidence.
