She’s house trained, crate trained for shorter periods, and currently working on learning her basic commands like sit, stay, and come. This little lady gets along well with other dogs—her play style can be a bit rambunctious, but she takes direction well and respects when her dog friends aren’t in the mood to play. Toys are still a new concept for Valerie, but she’s slowly figuring them out. She can be timid with new things at first, though once she gets a chance to "sniffspect," she quickly moves on. Valerie is a calm, easy-going companion who isn’t bothered by storms or fireworks. She walks nicely on a leash, rarely barks in the yard, and loves being close to her humans.
