Monty

Monty is a charming 2-year-old mutt, weighing about 18 lbs, with a striking auburn coat that makes him truly unique! He was found wandering with two larger dogs and, thankfully, a Good Samaritan stepped in to ensure he wasn't left alone. Monty is a sweet, playful boy who absolutely loves hanging out with his people, no matter what they're up to.

Ideal Home

Monty would do best in a home with a female owner or a gentle, understanding male. He is a bit shy initially and can be nervous around men, likely due to a past negative experience. He would also be a great companion for older, polite children.

Ongoing Health

Monty is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been neutered.

Training & Support

He is already crate trained and potty trained, and he walks nicely on a harness. Patience and a gentle approach will go a long way in helping Monty feel completely comfortable and confident.
