Charlie - Urgent Foster or Adopter

Charlie is a sweet 3-year-old girl, weighing around 60 pounds, who has found herself in a difficult situation and is urgently in need of a foster or adoptive home. She was born into rescue and raised with love, even spending nearly three years with a wonderful family. However, due to sibling syndrome, her family has made the heartbreaking decision that she needs a new environment where she can truly thrive. Charlie is housebroken, crate trained, and walks nicely on a leash. She is wonderful with people, including children, and while she can be shy initially, she becomes incredibly loving once comfortable. She enjoys toys and bones and all the simple comforts of home. Charlie has food allergies that are managed with a special diet and Apoquel, but is otherwise healthy. She is not being rehomed due to aggression or any fault of her own; this is a change of circumstances beyond her control. Charlie deserves a stable, loving home and a second chance.

Ideal Home

Charlie would be happiest as your one-and-only pet. If you have another dog, a meet-and-greet will be required to determine compatibility.

Ongoing Health

Charlie has food allergies that are managed with a special diet and Apoquel. Otherwise, she is healthy.

Training & Support

Charlie is housebroken and crate trained. She walks nicely on a leash. While initially shy with new people, she is very loving once she feels comfortable.
