Lola is a beautiful 4-year-old Mexican mix who has truly overcome adversity. She's a survivor who was found pregnant and living by a river, relying on the kindness of strangers for scraps. Thankfully, a compassionate individual intervened and brought Lola and her puppies to safety. Lola is a special girl, likely a mix of Shepherd, Terrier, and Lab, weighing around 45 lbs. While she's lower energy, her excitement truly shines when a ball is tossed her way or when it's time for her dinner! She can be a little cautious with new people initially, but quickly blossoms into a very affectionate companion. Lola prefers the comfort and security of a yard and isn't keen on venturing too far, a understandable behavior given her past. She's dreaming of a quiet, loving home where she can be the absolute center of attention.

Lola is looking for a quiet, loving home where she can be the sole focus of attention. She prefers the safety of her own yard and is not keen to go far. She would do best in a home without other dogs.

Lola is healthy, has been spayed, and is up-to-date on her vaccinations.

Training & Support

Lola is house-trained. Given her past experiences, she may need some reassurance and time to build trust with new people and in new environments.
