Matilda

Matilda is a spayed female English Bulldog who will be turning 3 years old this June. She is a healthy, compact, and energetic dog with a confident, dominant personality. Matilda absolutely loves people—she is affectionate, friendly, and wonderful with humans of all ages. She has so much love to give and will make an incredibly loyal and entertaining companion in the right home.

Ideal Home

Matilda thrives in a home where she can bond closely with her family and receive one-on-one companionship. She will ONLY be placed in a home with children over the age of 9. She MUST be the only pet in the household—no exceptions.

Matilda is a healthy dog.

Training & Support

Matilda does not do well living with other animals. She has shown that she is not comfortable coexisting with them, and has had ongoing conflicts with other dogs that have led to marking behavior. We are looking for a family that can give her the structure and attention she needs to thrive.
