Keri

Keri is a sweet 5-year-old girl who came to us all the way from Kuwait. She had a rough start in life but was rescued and eventually made her way to us. Keri was adopted in 2020 but sadly lost her home through no fault of her own. She's a well-mannered couch potato who needs a little nudge to be her best self. Keri is currently a bit overweight due to overfeeding and under-exercising, though she does have a thyroid condition. She's generally good with dogs her own size but can be indifferent to them and isn't a fan of small, yappy dogs. Keri is definitely not a cat person. She's looking for a moderately active owner who will ensure she gets her daily walks and a controlled diet to help her reach her ideal weight of around 45 pounds. This loyal companion is happiest with one special person and would love to be your devoted shadow, enjoying quiet nights watching true crime documentaries together.

Ideal Home

Keri is looking for a special someone who can be her whole world. She would do best in a home without cats and with owners who understand her need for a consistent exercise routine and appropriate feeding.

Ongoing Health

Keri has a thyroid condition and is currently overweight, which is partly due to this condition and partly due to diet and exercise.

Training & Support

Keri is exceedingly well-mannered and knows many commands. Her main need is for an owner who will help her manage her weight through regular walks and a controlled diet.
