Chook AKA Chaz JuM

Hey there! I'm Chook, or Chaz JuM to my friends! I'm a handsome Bully Breed mix with a stunning red coat and ears that give me a bit of extra character. At around 42 pounds, I'm not the biggest pup, but I've got a heart full of personality! My foster parents, who are actually professional dog trainers, rescued me and have been teaching me all sorts of wonderful things. I'm a quick learner and already know "sit," "down," and "place," plus I'm getting pretty good at leash manners!

I can be a little shy at first, but once I warm up, I'm a bundle of joy who loves to zoom around the yard and let my silly goose out. I'd be a great companion for older teens, but I'm looking for a home without younger children, as my play style can be a bit mouthy. I also have a lot of love to give to other dogs and would absolutely thrive in a home with canine companions, though I haven't met any feline friends just yet.

Ideal Home

I'd do best in a home with older teens or adults. I love to play and can get a bit mouthy, so a home without young children is a must. I'd also love to live with other dogs who can match my energy and play style!

Training & Support

I'm a smart cookie and already know several commands, with more training to come from my foster parents. I can be a little pushy with other dogs sometimes, but I respond well to correction.
