Franck is a charming and playful 7-month-old Jack Russell Terrier mix who weighs around 22 lbs. He's a happy and social boy who absolutely adores human attention and being petted. Franck gets along wonderfully with other dogs, children, men, and women, making him a versatile companion. He was found abandoned and suffering from severe mange, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of part of his tail. But don't worry, Franck is now healthy, full of life, and ready to leave his past behind for a loving forever home.
Ideal Home
Franck would thrive in an active family that enjoys outdoor activities and can provide him with a fenced backyard. He needs a home with owners who have experience with dog behavior and training, or are willing to hire a trainer to help him reach his full potential. High tolerance and patience are crucial for this rescued puppy. He is not currently house-trained, and owners should understand the needs of rescued animals.
Ongoing Health
Franck is up-to-date on all his vaccinations (DHPPI, Rabies, Bordetella), has been dewormed, microchipped, and tested negative for heartworm and 4DX. He is on monthly preventive protection for fleas, ticks, and heartworm. He has a health certificate and vaccination booklet. He did lose part of his tail due to a past mange condition.
Training & Support
Franck is not house-trained. Owners should be prepared to dedicate time and effort to his training, understanding that rescued dogs may require extra patience and guidance as they adjust. A willingness to work with him on his house-training and overall behavior is essential.
