Meet Mayor, the 4-year-old, 48 lb bulldog mix with a big head and an even bigger heart! Mayor is a friendly, social pup who is devoted to his people and loves nothing more than to rest his blockhead in your lap for maximum cuddle impact. He's a goofy boy who absolutely adores balls of all sizes, and he plays fetch like it's his full-time job. Mayor is smart, listens well, knows his commands, and tries hard to please. He does best when he takes his daily Prozac, and we're looking for an adopter who is comfortable continuing his medication, as it makes a world of difference for him. Mayor needs an experienced, bulldog-savvy foster or adopter who can provide him with a calm, quiet home where he can decompress from his previous stressful shelter experience. He should be the only pet in the home, and we think he may shine brightest in a one-person household where he can form a strong bond and feel secure. Mayor has an adorable smile and so much love to give, and if you're ready to help this sweet boy become the companion he's meant to be, he's waiting for you.
