Berries and Cream

Berries n Cream is a lovely pup who is spending time in a foster home as we work on managing her KCS, also known as dry eye". She is a sweet girl who is very wary of being touched around her eyes and face due to her eyes not receiving the treatment she needed. Berries is tolerant of other small, calm dogs and would do well in a quiet home.

She recently had special implants put into her eyes that will dispense medication that will help limit the amount of medications she will need temporarily while we desensitize her to being touched around her face. She is already responding well to treatment and allowing her foster to touch around her face more. We hope to transition her to an adopter who will take this over. She will need lifelong eye drops, so needs an adopter with a good relationship with their veterinarian to continue her eye treatment.
