She has wonderful house manners, walks well on a leash, and carries herself with polite lady-like grace.

She is also very dog-friendly and enjoys the company of other calm, easygoing dogs. She has also shown to be respectful of cats.

Sweet Potato is believed to be a GSD/Anatolian Shepherd mix, approximately 6 years old and weighing 57 lbs. As with any rescue, breed and age cannot be guaranteed.

Training & Support

Sweet Potato has wonderful house manners, walks easily on a leash, and is described as being polite and no-nonsense.

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue-run USDA-certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. Please note, a $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
