Imogen

Meet Imogen, a sweet mixed-breed dog who is ready to bloom with a patient, loving family. Rescued from a hoarding case, she has made wonderful progress and now seeks affection, wags when approached, and loves curling up for cuddles. She especially enjoys cheesy and meaty treats.

Imogen is approximately 2 years old, weighs 32 pounds, and is listed as a mixed breed, possibly including Border Collie and Australian Shepherd.

Ideal Home

Imogen needs a patient family who understands that she is still building confidence. She has tested well with other dogs and is accustomed to canine companions. Smaller or calm dogs may be the best match, as larger dogs can be intimidating. Her experience with children is unknown; families with children are welcome to bring them to meet her.

Ongoing Health

Imogen will be spayed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and ticks, placed on heartworm prevention, and microchipped before adoption. Heartworm and Lyme testing was negative.

Training & Support

Imogen’s leash skills are improving, and she is learning that walks and new experiences can be enjoyable. She is looking for a family willing to help her continue building trust and confidence.
