Hazel

Hello, I’m Hazel! I'm a playful and sweet American Bulldog mix with a beautiful white and tan coat and a smile that will melt your heart. I love to have fun and cuddle with my favorite people. I'm already house and crate trained, and I get so excited for my walks, though I do pull a bit because I'm strong, so I'll need a patient owner who can help me with some manners.

Ideal Home

I get along well with other dogs, especially those who are mellow like me. We can certainly do a cat test if you're curious! Since I have a lot of energy and love to zoom around and play with balls, and because I'm a bigger girl, any children in the home should be 10 years or older. I also enjoy relaxing and napping in my own safe space, which is a large kennel for me. I prefer to be indoors with my people and don't like spending too much time outside. I can be a little anxious about being left alone, so I tend to stay close to home and my loved ones.

Ongoing Health

I have some digestive sensitivities, so I thrive on a special diet of lamb and rice. I also need to be crated when I'm not supervised, as I have a tendency to chew on things. I'm about 77 pounds and can be a bit clumsy, but if you're experienced with large breeds, you'll adore me!

Training & Support

I'm a gentle giant who just wants to be loved and has so much potential to be a wonderful companion. I'm spayed, vaccinated, and heartworm negative.
