Peanut

Peanut is a 6-year-old, 23-pound bundle of affection looking for his forever home! He's a medium-energy boy who absolutely loves to snuggle, making him the perfect lap-warming companion. When he's not busy being a cuddle bug, Peanut enjoys napping in a cozy chair, often with his favorite teddy bear, or playing with his canine friends. He's a well-behaved boy who sits patiently for his leash and walks calmly by your side. Peanut is outgoing and sweet, enjoying introductions to new people. He's crate trained and almost house-trained, with only rare accidents. He also rides like a dream in the car, often napping in his bed in the back seat. Peanut does have a tendency to chew, so his new family will need to provide him with plenty of appropriate chew toys to keep him happily occupied.

Ideal Home

Peanut would thrive in a home with a fenced-in yard and another dog to keep him company and play with.

Ongoing Health

Peanut is a healthy boy with no known ongoing health concerns.

Training & Support

Peanut is crate trained and almost house-trained. He needs appropriate chew toys to satisfy his chewing habits. We do not have information on his interactions with cats or children.
