Briggs

Briggs is a delightful 3-month-old Dachshund/Morkie mix who weighs around 8 pounds. He's a bundle of pure joy, convinced that everyone's primary purpose is to give him belly rubs. He approaches every person and dog with boundless enthusiasm, viewing them all as potential friends and playmates. Briggs loves to be in the middle of the action but is just as happy to be snuggled in your lap, collecting those belly rubs he adores. His mom is a small Morkie Dachshund mix under 20 pounds, so Briggs is expected to remain a compact, travel-size companion. His shamelessly happy disposition is infectious, and he has a unique talent for melting hearts with just a simple belly rub.

Ideal Home

Briggs would thrive in a home with another playful canine sibling who can show him the ropes and be his wrestling buddy. He is happiest when he has a furry friend to play with and a human to snuggle with afterward. We recommend homes with children 10 years and over to ensure the best fit for both Briggs and the family.

Briggs is a healthy puppy.

Training & Support

Briggs is a work in progress, as all rescue pups are. He will need consistent love and patience to blossom into his best self.

Transportation

Briggs is currently being fostered in Texas and will be transported to the perfect forever home by our rescue. We have transports departing each week.
