Thor is a handsome German Shepherd/Husky mix with a personality as big as his name. He's an independent spirit who is looking for a partner, not just a pet. If you lead an active lifestyle and want a loyal companion for adventures, Thor might be your perfect match! He'll need plenty of room to roam and a secure fence to keep him safe and sound.

Ideal Home

Thor would thrive in an active household with plenty of space to run and play. A secure fence is a must to ensure his safety.

Ongoing Health

Thor is fully vetted, which includes being spayed or neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, and tested for Heartworm and Lyme. He has also received worming and flea treatments, and has begun Heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Thor can be stubborn, a trait he likely inherited from his GSD and Husky heritage. He responds best to positive reinforcement and rewards. Thor wants to please, but it's important to understand his terms and timeline. He's looking for an owner with experience with these breeds and a good sense of humor.

• If adopting a puppy under 6 months, we cover the spay/neuter surgery.
• Paws-in-Prison dogs will not be ready until their training program is complete.
