Meet Piper, a 2-year-old Cane Corso/Boxer mix who is pure squishy-faced perfection! She's a social butterfly with a playful, confident spirit and brings big "play play play!" energy to her doggy friendships. Piper loves to tumble, chase, zoom, and wrestle, and does best with dogs who enjoy rough-and-rowdy fun but also know when to take a break. She's been great with a variety of play styles, and if you're a dog, she's probably into you! She absolutely loves people, leans into hugs, nudges for booty rubs, and flashes a permanent, thrilled-to-be-alive underbite. Piper is eager to please and very trainable, though she's currently more interested in everything around her than perfect leash skills.
Ideal Home
Piper would love a yard for zoomies but can also thrive in an apartment if her people are active and take her on walks and adventures. She is not a good fit for homes with cats, as she finds them too interesting. While Piper has the potential to be a wonderful family dog due to her gentleness and love for people, she has a habit of giving enthusiastic hugs when excited. A kid test will be required to ensure success.
Ongoing Health
Piper has no known health conditions to be aware of.
Training & Support
Piper is eager to please and very trainable. She is currently more interested in her surroundings than practicing perfect leash skills. Her new family will need to manage her enthusiastic hugs when she's excited.
