Hi, I'm Scout! I'm a 1-year-old, 40-lb Lab mix with a heart full of love and a spirit ready for adventure. I've been patiently waiting for my forever family, and I know they're out there somewhere! I'm the ultimate best friend and adventure buddy. Whether it's exploring new trails, playing fetch in the yard, or just enjoying some quality time together, I'm always game. I'm a happy, energetic boy who loves making memories. But more than anything, I love sharing life with my people. I'm great with kids and have the sweetest, most affectionate personality. After a day of fun, I'm always happy to snuggle up and soak in all the love. I'm also a social guy who loves other dogs and enjoys having canine friends to play with. I even did amazing at a busy adoption event with lots of people and dogs! A few more reasons you'll love me: I'm potty trained, crate trained, and leash trained. I love toys, chew bones, and playing outside. I also have a silly habit of laying down while I eat – I believe snacks are best enjoyed when you're comfy!
