Bravo

Bravo is not the obvious hero of the story; he's the one in the back of the spaceship, grinning like an idiot, who somehow figures out the controls, diffuses the tension with a well-timed joke, and ends up saving everyone. He learned "down," "come," and "leave it" in a single afternoon. He noticed a volunteer crying and laid his head on her knee without being asked. Bravo is smart, goofy, and emotionally intuitive in a way that will sneak up on you. His whole body turns to mush when you pet him. He has a smile – an actual, genuine smile – that volunteers mention unprompted, like it's the first thing they want you to know.

Ideal Home

Bravo needs a crate and some structure. He needs someone brave enough to be his person.

He's figured out commands quickly and is emotionally intuitive. Everything else, he'll figure out fast. He always does.
