Penny

Penny is a sweet and loving female dog who is looking for her forever home. She enjoys car rides and gets along well with most dogs, though a meet-and-greet with your current pets is always recommended. Penny walks fairly well on a leash. She was previously returned to us because her former adopter could no longer care for her. It was indicated that she was kept outside most of the time, so she will need some work on housetraining. Penny has a history of neglect, as she came to us emaciated from a hoarding situation where she was kept on a short lead, forgotten under a camper. Due to this history, we require that Penny be an indoor dog.

Penny needs a home where she can be a predominantly indoor dog, receiving the love and attention she deserves.

Ongoing Health

Penny is spayed and vaccinated. No other health concerns are noted.

Penny will need some guidance and patience with housetraining.
