About Roscoe

Meet Roscoe, a laid-back Lab/Hound mix who has mastered the art of relaxation. If you're looking for a companion who is happiest lounging by your side, soaking up the sunshine, or enjoying a cozy nap, Roscoe may be your perfect match.

As a senior dog, Roscoe prefers a quieter lifestyle and enjoys taking life at his own pace. He is ready to spend his golden years with someone who appreciates a calm, loyal companion and is committed to helping him stay healthy and comfortable. If your idea of a great day includes relaxing with a devoted best friend, Roscoe would love to meet you.

Ideal Home

Roscoe would do best in a home with no other dogs. He can be protective of high-value treats and items he considers especially exciting, such as wild game. Because of this, he will do best with a family that understands and respects his boundaries around special treats.

Ongoing Health

Roscoe has hypothyroidism, which is managed with daily medication and yearly veterinary testing to keep him feeling his best.

Training & Support

Roscoe can be protective of high-value treats and items he considers especially exciting. It's important for his new family to understand and respect his boundaries around these special items.
