FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Elk! Elk is a 1½-year-old, 59 lb Doberman/Lab mix who came to us from an overcrowded shelter. This handsome young guy is ready to find a forever home where he can be loved and included in all of life’s adventures!

Elk is sweet, goofy, and an all-around good boy. He has a loving nature, enjoys being around people, and brings that fun, happy energy to the mix!

He does well with other dogs and has a friendly, social personality. He could enjoy a canine companion in the home or do well as your one-and-only with continued socialization.

Elk is smart, treat-motivated, eager to learn, and eager to please his handler—making him a great candidate for continued training and bonding activities. He walks well on leash and loves going on walks with his people, making him a great partner for daily outings and adventures.
