BRUCE

Bruce is a charming, slightly older gentleman with a playful spirit and a touch of FOMO, who also happens to have some creaky joints – we can totally relate! He’s a stunner with his dark eyes and a bright, fluffy face. Bruce is generally a gentle guy, though he does get quite curious about what other dogs are up to. He's looking for humans who understand his need for leisurely long walks, his desire to keep tabs on the neighborhood, his talent for yelling at squirrels to protect his domain, and who are ready to provide a generous quota of daily bum scritches.

Ideal Home

Bruce would thrive in a home where his humans are understanding of his need for slow-paced walks and are happy to let him be a neighborhood watch supervisor. He also needs someone who will diligently fulfill his daily bum-scratch quota.

Ongoing Health

Bruce has some skin issues that will require ongoing care. This includes regular medicated baths and routine check-ups with the veterinarian. His medical needs were a focus for our team in creating a care program, which will be happily shared with his adopters.

Training & Support

Bruce is not house-trained. He would benefit from consistent guidance and patience as he learns.
