Rex

Meet Rex! This sweet 1-year-old Pittie boy is full of life and fun! He came to us with a hip injury that required surgery when he was younger, but after many months of recovery, Rex feels brand new and you'd never even know he had an injury. He loves other dogs and has been a star on Doggy Day Outs, happily meeting new friends at restaurants. Rex is eager to learn and loves a good belly rub! We promised Rex that the rest of his life would be the best of his life, and we know he'll love his forever family unconditionally.

Ideal Home

Rex loves other dogs and would likely enjoy a canine companion in his new home.

Ongoing Health

Rex had surgery for a hip injury when he was younger. He has fully recovered and shows no lingering effects from the injury.

Training & Support

Rex is learning his leash skills and household manners. Like all rescue dogs, he will benefit from continued training and socialization in his forever home.

Transportation

Rex is located in South Carolina and is transported to the Northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their new pet. Local or virtual meet-and-greets are available with an application on file.
