Nell

Nell is a handsome 5-year-old, 58-pound Pitbull mix who is neutered and ready to find his forever home! He was found tied up in a backyard before arriving at the county shelter in Houston, Texas, and was at risk of euthanasia. Thankfully, a foster opened their heart and home to this wonderful boy, and now he's eager to find his perfect match. Nell is an easygoing companion who loves a good balance of playtime and cuddle time. He settles into new environments with ease and is described as a laid-back friend by his foster.

Ideal Home

Nell would thrive in almost any loving home, whether with a family, a couple, or a single adopter. He's happy as an only dog or with canine siblings of any size, enjoying playful romps and quiet companionship. Nell is also great with children and greets new people with enthusiasm.

Ongoing Health

Nell is up-to-date on his vaccinations and has no known health concerns.

Training & Support

Nell is fully house-trained and has excellent crate manners, resting quietly and sleeping through the night. He also rides well in the car. While Nell is a strong boy on leash and would benefit from continued leash training, he is otherwise an incredibly easy dog to live with. He's smart, playful, affectionate, and always ready for attention.
