Meet Miles, a delightful 4-month-old puppy who weighs about 8 pounds. We suspect he's a scruffy Cairn Terrier mix, but his exact lineage is a charming mystery! Miles is a bundle of puppy energy, enjoying play, naps, meals, and gentle socialization as he discovers the world. Despite his adorable scruffiness, he's quite chill for a pup his age. His days are filled with the essentials: eating, sleeping, learning, and bonding with his humans. With every new experience, Miles is building the confidence to become a well-adjusted adult dog.
Ideal Home
Miles will thrive in a home that understands the commitment of raising a puppy. He needs adopters prepared to provide consistent training, play, and engagement not just now, but throughout his adulthood, as he's likely to grow into an active and intelligent dog.
Ongoing Health
Miles is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. He has also been tested for heartworms and treated if necessary. He has a health certificate deeming him healthy for travel.
Training & Support
Miles will benefit from continued crate training and structure to help him feel secure. He's learning important life skills like potty training, leash walking, and basic manners. Adopters should be prepared to continue reinforcing these with patience and consistency.
