STUDLEY (aka Stud Muffin)

Studley is a handsome, self-assured boy who is about 2-3 years old. He's a laid-back and therapeutic companion, but also powerful and strong, making him a pleasure to be around for the right person. Studley enjoys hanging out at home, whether it's relaxing indoors or "taking it all in" in the backyard. He loves car rides and leisurely walks, and truly appreciates affection time. He's not a clingy dog and is comfortable entertaining himself, especially with tough chew toys, some background music, and a window to gaze out of. His daycamp leader describes him as medium energy.

Ideal Home

Studley needs a leader and experienced handler who is equipped to redirect him when needed. A fenced backyard is non-negotiable for him, and he'd love someone who enjoys spending time outdoors. He would do best with someone at home a good bit of the time due to his anxiety during thunderstorms or rain.

Training & Support

Studley is generally house-trained and is an excellent communicator, barking when he needs to go outside. He is great with people and does best with good-natured dogs, though proper introductions are normally required. He is not cat-friendly.
