Sid Smitty is guaranteed to leave you smitten! He's a fun-loving, full-of-life Husky mix, approximately 1 year old and weighing 59 lbs, who instantly brings a smile to your face with his infectious, feel-good energy. Sid is happiest when included in all the action, whether it's hanging out with people, playing with other dogs, or receiving affection. He's incredibly sweet, can be playful and goofy one minute, then perfectly content to cuddle up beside you the next. Sid has a unique charm with a small black spot on his tail, adding to his character. He's been wonderful with children, showing gentleness and curiosity. He also gets along well with cats, and we can arrange for a sleepover to ensure a good fit. Sid enjoys rope toys and tug-of-war, but he's also content to settle down with his favorite toy when it's time to relax.
Ideal Home
Sid would thrive in a home that can include him in family activities. He would do well with a confident, playful female dog who enjoys rowdy play but also appreciates calm moments. However, he could also be happy as the center of attention in a home without other pets.

Sid is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide through our USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pickup available in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A surcharge of $87 applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
