Chia

Chia is a 2-4 year old Shih Tzu mix with a heart full of devotion! He's a true "velcro dog" who loves to be by your side, whether that's snuggling on the couch or following you around the house. Chia is playful, affectionate, and full of energy. He enjoys toys and brisk walks, though he might pull a bit initially out of sheer excitement. His zoomies are sure to bring a smile to your face! He's generally quiet at home, only barking to alert you if someone is passing by.

Ideal Home

Chia would thrive in a patient and active home that's ready for a loyal and loving companion. He needs a home that can help him build confidence around new people, especially men, as he can be a bit cautious at first.

Ongoing Health

Chia is neutered and vaccinated. He did great at both the vet and groomer!

Training & Support

Chia knows "sit" and "down" and is very food-motivated, making him eager to learn with continued training. He can be leash reactive, but with slow introductions, he has the potential to do well with other dogs. He prefers not to be crated and settles quietly when left alone.
