Cindy Lou Who is the sweetest and most beautiful girl! She's a petite lady, only weighing in at about 40 lbs. She is seven years old and so affectionate - definitely a favorite here at the shelter. She loves people and is great with kids! She loves walks, exploring, playing, and cuddling. She does the cutest little happy dance when she gets a new toy or dental chew!
