All vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, spay/neuter, flea prevention, heartworm testing and prevention, and micro-chipping, has been completed.
Training & Support
We know our dogs very well and have spent countless hours with them, learning all of their quirks and goofy personalities. Our team of dedicated animal care professionals works day in and day out to help every dog come out of their shell. From the moment they are accepted into our program, we provide behavior and medical care to prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally training, and providing social enrichment. We provide socialization for our dogs through playgroups and one-on-one bonding time, where we will also work on their other skills such as leash training and basic commands. Our goal is to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts and patience, but who will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be!

Transporation
Cherry Cruz is currently located in Angleton, TX. She is available for transport to VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, WA, & OH. Our transport buses are equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and two onboard attendants providing 24-hour care. You will get to follow along on their journey through a private Facebook Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. Our Adoption Coordinator will help to find the closest transport pick-up location to you.
