Meet Larissa, a stunning 2-3-year-old German Shepherd who weighs about 70 lbs and is ready to be your loyal companion! Larissa is a true sweetheart with gentle eyes and expressive ears, and despite having a tough start in life (she had puppies before her rescue), she radiates joy and warmth. She's an energetic and playful girl who loves long walks, car rides, and being involved in all family activities. Larissa is already housetrained and crate trained, and she'll even let you know politely when she needs to go outside. She's a devoted shadow who thrives on human connection.

Ideal Home

Larissa would do best in a home with older children or dog-savvy younger kids who can appreciate her excitable nature. She's still learning to be gentle during playtime and can get a little bouncy when she's happy, but she's making great progress. She may also do well in a home that understands she can be a bit protective of her favorite person, especially dad figures. While she generally gets along with dogs and has made friends with a cat, she may need some management around food with other dogs, though she's been easy to handle with toys and food by her foster.

Ongoing Health

Larissa is spayed and up-to-date on all her vaccinations. She is currently undergoing slow-kill treatment for heartworm, and her foster family ensures she receives excellent care.

Training & Support

Larissa is housetrained and crate trained. She's a quick learner and eager to please, especially when it comes to her loved ones. With patience and consistent leadership, she'll continue to blossom into the perfect family member.
