Meet Sunday! She's a delightful 7-8 year old French Bulldog who embodies all the best qualities of the breed: she's silly, affectionate, and truly happiest when she's by your side. Sunday can be a little shy when meeting new people and might offer a bark at first, which is just her way of saying hello and gauging the situation. But give her a few minutes, and she'll warm up and show you her sweet, loving nature. Once you're in her inner circle, you're her favorite person!
Sunday has been a fantastic companion to the other dogs in her foster home and even had a positive encounter with a cat, showing no concern. We are looking for a family who understands and loves the French Bulldog breed, as they come with unique personalities and potential health considerations.
Her story is one of resilience. Sunday came to us after being used for breeding. She was quite ill upon arrival, but thanks to the dedicated care of our rescue partners and her loving foster family, she has fully recovered and is now healthy enough to find her forever home. She experienced a brief adoption previously, but unfortunately, her previous owners faced health issues that prevented them from continuing to care for her, despite their deep affection for her. Now, Sunday is eagerly awaiting her chance to become someone's cherished couch potato, snuggle buddy, and best friend. She's sure to bring immense joy to her lucky forever family.
Ideal Home
Sunday would thrive in a home that understands and appreciates the French Bulldog breed.
Ongoing Health
Sunday is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She has fully recovered from previous health issues and is now healthy.
Training & Support
While Sunday is generally well-behaved, she can be a bit shy with new people at first and may bark. Patience and a gentle introduction will help her feel comfortable.
