Meet Sydney, a 2-year-old pittie/staffy mix with the most charming smile, perfectly pointy ears, and a heart that loves BIG! When Sydney loves her person, she loves hard. This girl is a total sweetheart, specializing in kisses, hugs, cuddles, and always wanting to be near her humans. She's affectionate, goofy, and full of personality. Once she bonds with you, you are absolutely her person!

Sydney is a happy, adventurous girl who enjoys car rides, hops in with ease, and is always ready for walks, outings, dog park trips, and adventures with her people. She walks nicely on leash and hardly pulls, taking everything in with curiosity. New places don't faze her; she takes a moment to survey her surroundings and then joyfully embraces her loving, curious self, often followed by adorable zoomies once she feels comfortable.

Ideal Home

Sydney is great with people of all ages and has done wonderfully in busy social settings. She has been around children as young as 13 months old and did well, calmly sharing space and soaking up attention. She can get a little jumpy when asking for affection due to her excitement and love of closeness, so we recommend families who are comfortable with an affectionate, enthusiastic dog and can help guide gentle greetings.

Sydney is dog-friendly and loves having canine companions, especially after getting acquainted on her own terms. She does best with a medium-energy male dog who initially respects her space. Once friendships form, she's all in. She currently lives harmoniously with dogs of all sizes, including a Great Dane, enjoying chase games and lazy wrestling. She communicates clearly, offers appropriate corrections if needed, and keeps interactions polite.

Cats? Yes! Sydney lives with a cat and has done well. She can get a little playful but means well and is easily redirected with toys or verbal cues. Calm or avoidant cats are ideal. She would also love a doggy friend, so the kitty doesn't have to be her sole playmate! Sydney is a toy enthusiast in the best way – fetch, sticks, solo play, she loves it all. She could thrive in an apartment or a house, as long as she has an active family who enjoys including her in daily life. Once settled, she shows off a fun, energetic side balanced perfectly with her cuddly, affectionate nature.
