At 7 years old, Willow is a beautiful Shepherd who moves through the world with patience and dignity. She remains composed and unbothered even when faced with younger, excitable dogs. Willow is intelligent, exceptionally well-mannered, and clearly familiar with life in a loving home. She has a thoughtful way of connecting, often meeting you with calm eye contact as if she truly understands. Being around her feels peaceful.

Ideal Home

Willow would thrive in a calm home where she can offer steady companionship and deep loyalty. She does well with mellow, respectful dogs and appreciates slow, thoughtful introductions.

Ongoing Health

Willow has been diagnosed with perianal fistulas, a chronic but manageable condition. She requires ongoing medication and routine care to stay comfortable. She handles her care quietly and patiently and simply needs an adopter or foster committed to helping her maintain a good quality of life.

Training & Support

Willow is intelligent and eager to please; she knows multiple commands. She is leash trained and crate trained, walks beautifully, and settles easily. Willow is polite and gentle, takes treats softly, and does not jump. She is affectionate but not demanding, content to relax nearby with a chew. She is also calm and confident in public settings, including stores and crowds. Willow is not food- or toy-possessive and has a naturally kind disposition.
