About Bear

Bear is a sweet and handsome boy who came to us when his owner fell ill. It’s clear he was deeply loved and cherished. This over 100-pound, 4.5-year-old pup knows several commands, including sit, come, heel, and stay (when he's in the mood to listen!). He walks nicely on a leash, absolutely adores playing ball, and is a friendly, great family dog. Bear gets along best with female dogs but is also perfectly content being the only dog in a home.

Ideal Home

Bear would do well in a variety of homes, especially those where he can be a beloved family companion.

Ongoing Health

Bear is up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention. He will receive a health exam and certificate from a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.

Training & Support

Bear is a good listener and knows several commands. His love for playing ball is a great way to bond and provide exercise.
