Hi there! I'm Scout, a charming 1-year-old, 40-lb Lab mix with a heart full of love and a spirit ready for adventure! I've been patiently waiting for my forever family for over six months, and I'm hopeful that you're the ones I've been dreaming of. I'm the perfect blend of energetic companion and snuggle buddy. Whether it's exploring new trails, playing fetch in the yard, or just enjoying some quality time together, I'm all in! I absolutely adore people, I'm great with kids, and my affectionate nature means I'm always up for some cuddles after a day of fun. I also have a friendly disposition towards other dogs and enjoy having canine pals to romp and play with. I even handled a busy adoption event with grace and enthusiasm! I'm a well-behaved boy who is potty trained, crate trained, and leash trained. I also have a funny little quirk – I prefer to lay down while I eat, making snack time a cozy affair.
