Rascal is a charming little guy who weighs in at just 7 pounds, but don't let his size fool you – he's packed with personality! He's still a baby, estimated to be just over a year old by our vet. Rascal was found as a stray in New Mexico and has already been vaccinated and neutered. He's also crate trained and microchipped, making him ready for his next adventure!
