Meet E.A. Poe—though you can call him Poe. After surviving on the streets, Poe is learning what it means to feel safe and loved in a home. He grows a little braver and more comfortable each day, and his progress is truly rewarding to watch.

Ideal Home

Poe needs a patient, understanding family willing to meet him where he is and celebrate his small victories. He loves being outside, exploring the yard, and soaking up the sunshine.

Ongoing Health

Poe is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Poe is about 98% potty trained. He is learning that gentle pats, kind words, and affection are safe, though he is not yet ready to fully embrace all the love. Time, patience, and encouragement will help him continue building confidence.
