SKEETER

Meet Skeeter, a super sweet, energetic, and happy boy! This one-year-old pup absolutely loves water and swimming. He has come from a loving home where he unfortunately had issues with another male dog. Skeeter is a happy-go-lucky companion who enjoys his crate but also does well out of it. He listens well and has begun obedience training. Skeeter swims every day and is eagerly awaiting the opening of the big pool for summer adventures! He'll alert you when someone's at the door and knows how to use a doggy door. Skeeter is up-to-date on vaccines, neutered, and microchipped. He rides well in the car and is a real snuggle bug who used to sleep in bed. Skeeter is looking for a loving home to share adventures with.

Ideal Home

Skeeter would thrive in a home where he has frequent access to water for swimming. He can be placed with people who work from home and can dedicate ample time to exercise him. If there are other dogs, a non-confrontational canine companion would be an asset. He is not looking for a home where he will be crated while you are away at work or sleeping, though short periods of crating are acceptable. Due to his size and exuberant personality, Skeeter is not a good fit for homes with small children.

Skeeter is up-to-date on vaccines, neutered, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Skeeter has come a long way in his obedience training and is great on leash, listening well to direction and redirection. He is crate trained and does well out of his crate for reasonable periods.
