Ongoing Health

Bitsy is a senior dog and has received all necessary vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and a microchip.

Training & Support

Bitsy is described as having a calm and comforting presence. Her past behavior, including crate training, potty training, and leash walking, has been assessed and supported by on-staff trainers.

• The adoption fee is $1,600, which includes all vetting, transport, and additional perks.
• A $87 surcharge applies due to transportation costs.

Transporation

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pickup in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You can track your pet's journey in real time. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
