Kaiser Cruz Ready for the Good Life

Kaiser Cruz is a true gem! This handsome Shepherd mix, estimated to be around 8 years old and weighing 64 lbs, has a personality, face, and especially ears that are simply perfection. He's snuggly, great with other dogs, loves the outdoors, is intelligent, and wonderful with kids. Kaiser is the ideal companion, offering a perfect blend of affection and independence. He's not overly demanding of attention, making him a great work-from-home buddy. He's got excellent house manners and will politely seek out a moment of ear or nose scratches when you need a break. When he's not seeking cuddles, he enjoys watching out the window or playing with his toys.

Ideal Home

Kaiser would thrive in a home with a backyard where he can sunbathe, explore, and enjoy the fresh air. He'd be a wonderful companion for gardening or relaxing on the patio. While he enjoys neighborhood walks and adventures, he's equally happy to cozy up with his people. He would love to have a dog sibling, but it's not a requirement as he can entertain himself and manage his energy levels independently.

Kaiser is a rescue dog, and while we believe him to be approximately 8 years old, breed and age cannot be guaranteed.

Training & Support

Kaiser has wonderful house manners and is described as "sweet perfection" around children. He's very tolerant and loving with kids, and is also dog-friendly, adapting well to dogs with different personalities. He enjoys playing like a typical Shepherd, with enthusiastic mouthy play and playful paw-work.

Transportation

Kaiser is currently fostered in Houston, TX. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our USDA-certified transport system. There is an additional surcharge for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
