Horchata

Horchata is a sweet and wise little girl with an old soul. She's a tiny Frenchie who enjoys snuggles, kisses, sunbathing, and napping. Horchata is gentle enough to play with her young human foster brother and seems to have a soft spot for other French Bulldogs.

Ideal Home

Horchata is a bit wobbly on her back end, so a home without stairs is ideal. As a French Bulldog, she thrives in a home that understands the breed's needs, including providing daily mental and physical engagement. She is not a couch ornament and requires an owner who is ready for a playful and opinionated companion.

Ongoing Health

Horchata is heartworm positive and must stay close to our veterinarians for her treatment. Our team will cover the cost of her heartworm treatment and provide guidance for her care. Potential adopters should be prepared for the potential of IVDD (Intervertebral Disc Disease) and understand the commitment to managing and immediately treating such an episode.

Training & Support

French Bulldogs are not low-maintenance dogs and require patience with training. Owners should be prepared for the commitment of daily grooming, including cleaning her facial folds, and administering eye drops. Ongoing costs for high-quality food, supplements, and regular vet care should be expected.
