Buster is a sweet boy who was found tied to a fire hydrant in Houston, TX, all alone and without food or water. Thankfully, his foster mom found him and knew she had to help! Buster loves other dogs and children. Car rides are a big YES PLEASE for Buster; he would love to be included in family outings as much as possible. His foster mom has also learned that he is very smart and knows commands like "sit" and "shake." We're not sure why or how Buster ended up tied to a fire hydrant, but we do know his forever family is out there somewhere, waiting for him. Buster is fully vetted and ready for his next chapter.
