Meet Skeeter, a handsome 50 lb adult male hound mix! Skeeter is a wonderful boy who is ready to find his forever family. He came to us through no fault of his own and is eager to start his new life.

Ideal Home

Skeeter would thrive in a home that understands that his background is unknown. As with most animals from our shelter, we cannot guarantee his breed or exact age.

Ongoing Health

Skeeter is already neutered and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

While we don't have specific training notes for Skeeter, it's always a good idea to enroll new dogs in training classes to help them adjust and build a strong bond with their new family.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Adoptions and rescues begin at 12:00 PM.
• Our current shelter hours are Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM, and Wednesday from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
• The adoption fee for dogs is $100 (cash or check).

Transportation

Skeeter is located at the Franklin County Animal Shelter in Louisburg, NC. We can discuss transportation options if you are interested in adopting him.
