Obi

Meet Obi! This handsome boy is a 52 lb Boxer, Rottweiler, and Pit Bull mix who was born in November 2025. Obi is a graduate of a 6-week board-and-train program and is now ready to find his forever family! He's already mastered potty training, crate training, and leash manners, with a solid foundation in obedience. He knows "heel," "place," "sit," "down," and "down-stay," and is excited to continue learning with a consistent handler.

Obi is a lively adolescent dog with plenty of energy. He'll thrive in an active home that can meet his needs for physical and mental stimulation. Daily walks, hikes, games of fetch, and training sessions are key to his happiness. He wants to engage with his people and be part of the fun, rather than just being left to play in the yard.

Ideal Home

Obi would do best in a home without young children, as he's still learning his manners and can be unaware of his size. He generally gets along well with other dogs and cats, but his playful energy might be a bit much for some animals. A tolerant canine companion or a home where he can continue to learn appropriate play would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Obi is a healthy young pup and has no known health conditions.

Training & Support

Obi has a fantastic foundation from his board-and-train program and is eager to please. Continued consistency and reinforcement of his training will set him up for success.
