Sasha

Sasha is a 10-month-old, 52lb bundle of energy looking for her perfect match! This sweet girl is ready to learn and would love to try out fun dog activities and sports. Sasha thrives when she's the center of attention and loves to be showered with pets. While the staff might tease her about being dramatic when she's not getting attention, her need for it is very real! She's been working with the Behavior and Training team to build consistency and is looking for a patient adopter to continue her journey.

Ideal Home

Sasha would flourish in a calm, low-traffic home environment, away from the hustle and bustle of busy city life. Her energy and size can be a lot for young children, so an older, dog-savvy child would be a better fit. She is not for first-time dog owners; an adopter very familiar with canine body language is a must. Sasha needs a home without cats or other small animals. She will need to meet any potential canine companions before adoption.

Training & Support

Sasha can become easily frustrated if her energy and exercise needs are not met, so positive outlets and a calm environment are key to her success. She did well in a crate in her previous home. She loves to learn and will respond well to positive reinforcement with her favorite toys or treats.
