Tay Tay (Tater)

Tay Tay, also known as Tater, is a mild-mannered and gentle dog who acted as a hearing assist dog for his beloved previous owner. He deeply misses his mommy but has graciously accepted me as "daddy" for now. However, I believe he would truly thrive with a new mommy, perhaps someone aged 65 or older. Tater has been neutered and successfully treated for heartworms, and he currently has a benign quarter-sized lump on his left chest. To manage his skin sensitivities and rashes, he does best on a grain-free or sensitive skin diet. He is an alert service dog, trained to recognize diabetes, and is ready to be a devoted companion to someone with diabetes. If you have diabetes, seizures, or hearing issues and are looking for a trained service dog, Tater is waiting for you.

Ideal Home

Tater would do best with a new mommy, perhaps someone aged 65 or older.

Ongoing Health

Tater was treated for heartworms and is now negative. He has a benign, quarter-sized lump on his left chest. He requires a grain-free or sensitive skin food to manage his skin and rashes.

Tater has been trained as a service dog and can alert for diabetes.
